Troubleshooting sign-in issues with your Valpay account

Username/Email Address:

Your username is the email address used when you registered. If you’re unsure which email you used, check your inbox for previous Valpay emails.

For newly set-up accounts, you may receive a welcome email containing a temporary password. To avoid login errors, enter the temporary password manually instead of copying and pasting it. Be aware that the link in the welcome email expires within 24 hours.

Password Reset
Reset your password at https://reporting.valpay.com/. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your password is reset.

Verify that you are using the temporary credentials received in the welcome email if recently set up. Ensure to enter them manually and log in before the 24-hour link expiration. If issues persist, check your inbox for prior Valpay emails or contact support.

RoomMaster Portal Access RoomMaster accounts do not currently have access to the Valpay reporting portal. This access is on the roadmap to be available for RoomMaster clients. If you are a RoomMaster user facing login issues, it is likely because your account is not yet enabled on the portal. Stay updated via official announcements or contact support for more information.
