Your hub for managing transactions, deposits, exports, and users—all in one place.

Overview

The Valpay Portal is your go-to tool for tracking transactions, deposits, and creating reports. You can also manage users and view statements. More into visuals?


Navigation Overview

Access all key sections using the left-hand sidebar:

  • Dashboard: Overview of sales activity.

  • Transactions: View and manage transactions.

  • Deposits: Track deposit details.

  • Exports: Generate reports in CSV or Excel format.

  • Statements: (Coming soon!) Download financial statements.

  • Users: Manage user access.


Dashboard

Your sales summary at a glance:

  • Gross Sales: View data for the last 10, 20, or 30 days.

  • Today's & Monthly Sales: Quick snapshots of performance.

  • Sales Trends: Visual graphs by date.

  • Recent Transactions: Quick reference list.


Transactions

Filter and review all transactions:

  • Filters: Narrow results by date, payment method, type (e.g., sale, void, refund), interaction location, or recurring payment status.

  • Adjust Columns: Select data columns to display.

  • Additional Filters: Add specific criteria like store name or amount.

  • Refresh: Update the list with new data.


Deposits

Track deposit activity and details:

  • Filters: Filter deposits by date range.

  • Summary: View transaction counts, gross amounts, fees, and net values.

  • Details: Click a deposit to see transactions, chargebacks, and refunds included.


Exports

Generate detailed reports:

  1. Go to Exports and click Create Report.

  2. Choose report type (Transactions or Deposits), store, and date range.

  3. Click Create to generate the report.

  4. Refresh the page after a few minutes to download the file.


Users

Manage access and roles:

  • Filters: Search users by role, status, or verification.

  • Create User:

    1. Click Create User and select a role:

      • Regular User: View transactions and deposits only.

      • Merchant Admin: Full access to all tabs (Admins can only add Regular Users).

      • Admins: Can edit or delete users as needed.

    2. Enter and confirm the user’s email address.

    3. Assign merchant accounts and store access.

    4. Click Create to send an email invitation.

  • Edit User: Adjust roles or store access.

  • Delete User: Remove access.

Note: If a user's temporary password expires, delete and recreate their profile to resend the invitation.


Logging Out

Click Logout at the bottom left of the portal to exit securely.
