Call Tag Label

When returning a terminal using a call tag, follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

Terminal Return Summary


1. Verify Serial Number

Confirm that the serial number on the back of the terminal matches the serial number listed on the return instruction document.

2. Pack the Faulty Terminal

• Place the faulty terminal into the seal bag provided.

• Close the bag securely and return it to the original box.

**Do not include any accessories (cables, base stations, dongles, etc.)

• If returning multiple terminals, use no more than 20 terminals per box.

3. Label the Package

• Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box, making sure it fully covers the original shipping label.

• If your shipment includes a commercial invoice, insert it into the adhesive pouch where the original invoice was.

4. Return the Package

Choose one of the following methods to return your parcel:

• Drop it off at your nearest UPS location

• Call UPS to schedule a pickup

• Schedule a pickup online at www.ups.com:

Select your country, then go to Shipping > Schedule a Parcel Collection
