Step-by-Step Boarding Instructions

1. Inspect the Terminal

• Confirm that the shipping box is sealed and tamper-evident.

• Match the serial number (S/N) on the terminal to the one listed in your Adyen Customer Area under In‑Person Payments → Orders and Returns.

2. Power On & Charge

• Connect the terminal using the included USB cable and regional power adapter.

• Press and hold the power button to turn it on.

• Let it charge for at least 4 hours before proceeding.

3. Language & Network Configuration

• Choose your preferred language on the Welcome screen.

• Connect to your network by:

Wi‑Fi: Enable WLAN, choose or add SSID, enter password, and confirm.

• An icon indicates a successful connection.

4. Assign & Confirm Store

• On the “Confirm Store” screen:

• Press the checkmark to accept the pre-assigned store.

• Or use the pencil icon to select a different store.

• If no store appears, wait up to 3 hours for synchronization and retry.

5. Board the Terminal

• Select Board the terminal from the home screen.

• Choose or confirm your store to initiate the download of configuration files.

• The terminal will reboot (possibly multiple times) and complete setup, a process that may take up to 30 minutes.
