Accessing the Dashboard

When you navigate to the Home tab, the Dashboard loads by default.

Before reviewing metrics, you’ll want to set your filters to ensure you’re viewing the correct data.

Selecting Locations

At the top of the Dashboard, select the Locations dropdown.

  • Choose All Locations to view combined data across all stores

  • Select a single store to view metrics for that specific location

Your dashboard data will automatically update based on the selected location(s).

Selecting Currency

If your account supports multiple currencies, you’ll see a Currency selector.

  • Choose the currency you want to view

  • If only one currency is available, it will be selected automatically

All dashboard metrics will reflect the selected currency.

Using the Date Filter

The Date Filter allows you to control the timeframe shown on the Dashboard.

You can choose from:

  • Month-to-Date (MTD) to view activity from the start of the current month

  • Custom Range to select specific start and end dates

The custom range option is useful if you want to:

  • View totals for a specific day

  • Compare activity across a specific date range

  • Review historical performance for selected stores

Once a date option is selected, the Dashboard updates automatically.

Dashboard Metrics Explained

After applying your filters, the Dashboard displays key metrics and visual summaries.

Total Gross Volume

  • Displays the total gross payment volume

  • Broken down by payment channel (such as in-person or online, where applicable)

Payment Methods Overview

  • Shows the payment methods used (for example, Visa, Mastercard, or other methods)

  • Displays both:

    • Total volume per payment method

    • Number of transactions per payment method

This helps you understand how customers prefer to pay.

Sales Channel Distribution

  • Visual breakdown of payment volume by sales channel

  • Helps identify where most transactions are occurring

Payment Method Distribution

  • Displays payment volume as a percentage by payment method

  • Helps you quickly see which payment types make up the largest share of your activity

Summary

The Home Dashboard provides a flexible, high-level view of your payment performance. By adjusting location, currency, and date filters, you can quickly analyze trends, compare stores, and understand how payments are being processed across your business.
