Using Payment Filters

At the top of the Payments tab, you’ll find several filters to help narrow down the transactions you want to view.

Date Range

Use the Date Range filter to select the timeframe you want to review.

Available preset options include:

  • All Days

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Custom Range

When using Custom Range, you can:

  • Select a specific date (for example, setting both the start and end date to yesterday)

  • View activity for a defined date range

Source

The Source filter allows you to view transactions based on how they were processed, such as:

  • Mail Order / Telephone Order (MOTO)

  • Card on File

This is useful for isolating specific transaction types.

Store

Use the Store filter to view transactions for:

  • All stores

  • One or more specific stores

This helps when reconciling or reviewing activity by location.

Payment Method

The Payment Method filter lets you narrow results by card type, such as:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Other supported payment methods

Transaction Status

The Status filter allows you to filter transactions by their current state, including:

  • Sales

  • Refunds

  • Voids

  • Chargebacks

This helps you quickly identify completed, reversed, or disputed transactions.

Search

The search bar allows you to locate a specific transaction by:

  • Transaction ID

  • Last 4 digits of the card number

This is the fastest way to find a known transaction.

Viewing Payment Transactions

Below the filters, you’ll see a list of payment transactions that match your selected criteria.

Each transaction row displays key details, including:

  • Transaction ID

  • Date

  • Customer

  • Store

  • Amount

  • Card information

  • Transaction status

  • Source

Select any transaction to view additional details or perform available actions.

Viewing Transaction Details

Select any transaction from the list to open its detailed view.

From the transaction details page, you can:

  • Review full transaction information

  • View the current transaction status

  • See the store and payment method used

  • Download the receipt for that transaction

Taking Action on a Transaction

Depending on the transaction status, you may be able to take action, such as:

  • Voiding an authorization

  • Refunding a completed sale

Available actions will appear within the transaction details view.

Viewing Transaction Fees

Once a transaction has fully settled, you can view:

  • The fees that will be assessed for that transaction

Fee details may not appear until settlement is complete.

Exporting Payment Results

After applying your desired filters, you can export the payment results for reporting or reconciliation.

  1. Click Export Results

  2. Choose your preferred file format:

    • CSV

    • Excel

  3. Confirm the export

The exported file will be emailed directly to the email address associated with your user account once processing is complete.

Summary

The Payments tab provides powerful tools to filter, search, export, and manage transactions across your business. With detailed transaction views, flexible filtering, and export options, you can efficiently monitor and reconcile payment activity.
