Statement Manager Overview: Unified Portal

The Statements Manager tab allows you to view, filter, and send monthly statements for your stores and legal entities. This section is designed to help you quickly locate statements and share them when needed.

Accessing the Statements Manager

From the left-hand navigation menu, select Statements Manager to view available statements.


Filtering Statements

At the top of the Statements Manager, you can filter statements to quickly find what you’re looking for.

Available filters include:

  • Year – View statements for a specific year

  • Store – Select a specific store or view all stores

  • Search by Legal Entity – Search by the legal entity name associated with the statement

Once filters are applied, the results update automatically.


Viewing Statement Results

Below the filters, you’ll see a list of statements matching your selected criteria.

Each statement row includes the following details:

  • Legal Entity

  • Store Name

  • Month

  • Year

  • Total Sales

  • Total Fees

  • Billing Cycle

  • Actions

This view allows you to easily compare statement totals and locate specific reporting periods.


Sending a Statement

In the Actions column, you’ll see a small envelope icon next to each statement.

To send a statement:

  1. Select the envelope icon for the desired statement

  2. The statement will be emailed to the email address associated with your user account

This makes it easy to share statements without downloading or manually forwarding files.
