Merchants can complete PCI Compliance using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Online Portal
1. Visit PCI Compliance Portal.
2. Log in with your existing username and password.
3. For first-time users, select “First Time Logging In?” and enter the following details:
• Username or Merchant Number
• Last four digits of the Tax ID or SSN of the authorized signer
• Two-character state code and ZIP code associated with the merchant account
Option 2: Phone Assistance
Merchants can complete their PCI compliance with assistance from the PCI Customer Service Team by calling (866) 232-0910. Please have the merchant ID and the last four digits of the Tax ID on file ready when calling.
Select Option 1 to complete the SAQ, Option 2 to complete the vulnerability scan, or Option 3 for billing inquiries, which will route the call back to Valpay Support.
