Q: How do I cancel an order that hasn’t been processed?

A: To cancel an order, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Customer Area.

2. Switch to your merchant account (if applicable).

3. Navigate to In-person payments > Orders and returns.

4. Check the Status of the order:

• If the status is Placed, the order has not been processed and can be canceled.

5. Select the order request and click Cancel this order.
