Username / Email Address
Your username is the email address used during registration.
If you’re unsure which email was used:
Check your inbox for previous emails from Valpay
Search your email for “Valpay” to confirm the registered address
First-Time Login (New Accounts)
When your account is first created:
You will receive a welcome email with a temporary password
The temporary password is valid for 7 days
Enter the temporary password manually (avoid copy/paste to prevent hidden character errors)
⚠️ If your temporary password has expired, you will need to contact Support to have it resent.
Resetting Your Password
If you forgot your password:
Click Forgot Password
Follow the reset instructions sent to your email
If you recently received a temporary password, make sure:
You are entering it manually
It has not exceeded the 7-day expiration window
Seeing a Blank or White Screen?
If you log in and see a blank or unresponsive page:
Use Google Chrome
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Close and reopen your browser
Try logging in again
