FAQ: Unable to Sign In to the Valpay Portal?

Troubleshooting sign-in issues on your Valpay Unified Portal

If you’re having trouble accessing the Valpay Portal, follow the steps below to resolve common login issues.

Username / Email Address

Your username is the email address used during registration.

If you’re unsure which email was used:

  • Check your inbox for previous emails from Valpay

  • Search your email for “Valpay” to confirm the registered address


First-Time Login (New Accounts)

When your account is first created:

  • You will receive a welcome email with a temporary password

  • The temporary password is valid for 7 days

  • Enter the temporary password manually (avoid copy/paste to prevent hidden character errors)

⚠️ If your temporary password has expired, you will need to contact Support to have it resent.


Resetting Your Password

If you forgot your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password

  2. Follow the reset instructions sent to your email

If you recently received a temporary password, make sure:

  • You are entering it manually

  • It has not exceeded the 7-day expiration window


Seeing a Blank or White Screen?

If you log in and see a blank or unresponsive page:

  • Use Google Chrome

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Close and reopen your browser

  • Try logging in again

  • If needed, try an incognito/private window

This resolves most display-related issues.
