Valpay uses Aperia as its PCI compliance provider. Merchants complete their PCI compliance through the Aperia portal at pciapply.com/valpay.
Logging In
1. Go to pciapply.com/valpay.
2. Enter your username and password to log in.
3. If you are logging in for the first time, select "First Time Logging In?" and provide your:
• Username or Merchant Number
• Last four digits of the Tax ID or SSN of the authorized signer
• Two-character state code and ZIP code associated with the merchant account
Locked Out of Your Account?
If you are unable to log in to the Aperia portal, use the self-service options available on the login page:
🔑 Forgot your password?
Select "Forgot My Password" on the login page and follow the prompts to reset it.
👤 Forgot your username?
Select "Forgot My Username" on the login page and follow the prompts to retrieve it.
